About Ear Reflexology & Ear Seeding
Ear Reflexology is based on the principle that the ear is mapped out into different areas of the body and by stimulating these reflexes, the body can start to heal from within. Vaccaria seeds are then placed on any areas that were identified in need of healing and remain there for a few days to aid you as part of your self care.
